All orders are packed with care by me from my little corner of the UK.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days on Fridays & Saturdays.

This is because I work a 9-5 job as well as run this shop, but I always try my best to get your orders out as quickly as I can.

During busy periods (such as Christmas/Sales) this may be slightly longer.

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL

UK 1ST CLASS: 1–2 working days

UK 2ND CLASS: 2-3 DAYS
International: 5–14 working days (may vary depending on location)

If you are ordering from the US, your order will be sent PDP.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays, and I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing, please contact me and I’ll do my best to put

things right as quickly as possible.

Physical Items

 

I hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges on printable products once they have been purchased.
